Guarantee

Blue Fir stands behind the authenticity and historical accuracy of its classifications.

Each piece offered through Blue Fir is accompanied by documentation describing its production context, materials, and place within the relevant historical tradition.

If a piece proves to be materially inconsistent with its documented description, we take it back at our cost and refund it in full. This guarantee comes in addition to your statutory rights and to the 14-day right of withdrawal described in our Returns Policy.

This guarantee concerns the accuracy of our descriptions. Natural variation in glaze, surface and firing marks is inherent to handmade porcelain and is not a defect.
