Returns Policy

Returns are accepted where a delivered object is materially inconsistent with its documented description.

Returns are not accepted on the basis of aesthetic preference or natural variation in handmade ceramic production. Variation in glaze, surface texture, and firing marks is intrinsic to objects of this kind and is part of their historical character.

To request a return, contact us through our Contact page within 14 days after receiving your order. Please select “Return Request”. Objects must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition received.

Refunds are issued following inspection and confirmation of the original claim.

What to include in your request

Customers should include:

– their name

– order number

– product being returned

– reason for the return, where they wish to provide one

Return address

Products must not be returned without prior authorisation.

After approving the return request, Blue Fir will provide the correct return address through the contact process. The return address may vary according to the product and fulfilment location.

The address shown on the original parcel is not automatically the correct return address.
