青釉基础釉

An iron-bearing high-fired glaze whose green and blue-green tones emerge through glaze chemistry and firing atmosphere.
Technical Description
Celadon colour is produced not by a painted surface but by iron within the glaze and the conditions under which it is fired.
Depending on glaze composition, thickness, body and atmosphere, the result can range from pale grey-green to blue-green or deeper green.
Celadon traditions are much broader than Jingdezhen itself. At Jingdezhen such surfaces should therefore be understood within specific historical or contemporary contexts rather than presented as one single local formula.
